Frequently Asked Questions

We are in-network with 1,000+ plans across most insurance providers. We do our best to estimate your coverage – but we always recommend calling your insurance company to ensure your specific plan is in-network.

The list above is a small sample of the thousands of plans we are in-network with. To see if your plan is covered – text a photo of your insurance card to 512.359.9592 and our billing team will help check your benefits.

A copay (or copayment) is a flat fee that you pay on the spot each time you go to your doctor or fill a prescription. For example, if you have a cold and go see your doctor, or you need a refill cholesterol medicine, the amount you pay for that visit or medicine is your copay. Your copay amount is generally printed right on your health plan ID card. Copays cover your portion of the cost of a doctor’s visit or medication.

A deductible is the amount you pay each year for most eligible medical services or medications before your health plan begins to share in the cost of covered services. For example, if you have a $1,000 yearly deductible, you’ll need to pay the first $1,000 of your total eligible medical costs before your plan helps to pay. Generally the higher your monthly premium, the lower your deductible.

We do not accept Workers Compensation, LOP’s, or requests for diagnosis from auto accident claims at this time.
